R&R Ministries

R&R Ministries is a digital media ministry built to leverage modern technology for an eternal mission—fulfilling the Great Commission. In a world shaped by screens, streams, and constant connection, R&R exists to meet people where they already are, using digital platforms as powerful tools to share the hope of Jesus Christ. Through thoughtful storytelling, video, teaching, and online engagement, the ministry is committed to communicating the Gospel with clarity, authenticity, and love.

Unbound by physical walls or geographic limits, R&R Ministries is dedicated to sharing the Gospel beyond walls, across screens, and around the world. Whether reaching someone scrolling late at night, watching from another country, or searching for truth in a quiet moment, the mission remains the same: to proclaim Jesus, make disciples, and see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel—one screen, one story, and one soul at a time.

MEET REV & RIVERS

Paul Teske has served faithfully in ministry for decades as a pastor, teacher, and global evangelist, carrying a powerful message of healing, hope, and the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. Ordained in 1976, Paul is a graduate of Baylor University and Concordia Seminary and served for many years as a “mainline” clergyman before God dramatically redirected his life and ministry.

On May 7, 2004, while speaking at a business event, Paul suffered a massive cerebral hemorrhage that left him paralyzed on his left side and unable to speak. Doctors told his family he would likely not survive—and if he did, he would never fully recover. But on May 28, 2004, during a worship service, Paul experienced a miraculous healing through the power of Jesus Christ. He walked out of the hospital completely restored, marking the beginning of a global healing and deliverance ministry.

Since that day, Pastor Paul has traveled to more than 60 nations across six continents, ministering in churches, stadiums, conferences, homes, and through television and radio. Thousands have come to faith as God confirmed the Gospel with signs, wonders, and miracles—including documented healings, deliverance, and restoration. His book, Healing for Today, shares his testimony and equips believers to receive and release God’s healing power.

After serving 28 years as Senior Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Westport, CT, Paul retired in 2017 and relocated to Dallas, Texas. He founded Paul Teske Ministries and REV222 to mentor leaders, business professionals, and clergy while continuing to share the Gospel worldwide. Today, Paul reaches thousands weekly through digital media and social platforms, boldly proclaiming that Jesus Christ is still healing, still saving, and still transforming lives today.

Rivers Teske is an author, international speaker, and passionate advocate for the vulnerable. She believes every individual is called to live on a citizen’s mission—to be a 21st-century world changer who leads with purpose, mentors with compassion, and defends those who are hungry, abandoned, in crisis, or overlooked by society.

Rivers’ life-affirming message reaches across corporate, faith, and humanitarian spaces, driven by a deep commitment to the spiritual, emotional, and physical health of the human family. Her calling was profoundly shaped through hands-on work with Mother Teresa Slum Projects, where witnessing extreme poverty and families in crisis redirected her life toward advocacy, mentorship, and ministry to both leaders and the most vulnerable.

Before founding Hidden Choices and Stop the War on Children, Rivers built and led a successful women’s apparel and private-label manufacturing business. She also served as a Military Ombudsman and Liaison to Navy personnel and families and sat on nonprofit boards while her husband, Paul, served as a Navy Chaplain and ordained minister for over four decades. Today, Rivers continues to serve on multiple nonprofit boards, is a graduate of Baylor University, and is certified by the Protocol School of Washington.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Rivers and her husband travel extensively and have ministered in more than 70 nations. At the core of her work is an unwavering belief that families must be protected, human dignity upheld, and lives lived with purpose, courage, and love—trusting always that God will make a way.
